What we need.
- Main auditorium for 500 seated participants
- Five breakout rooms for parallel sessions
- Stable power and a backup generator
- High-speed Wi-Fi or a wired uplink for the team
- Accessible entrance, restrooms, and prayer room
- Space for exhibition booths, registration, and lunch
- Parking for attendees and speaker drop-off
- Available Saturday, 28 November 2026, with setup the day before
